Member, meeting, and show management for LUGs and Fan CoLab groups
Run your LEGO User Group in one place
Members, meetings, shows, check-ins, dues, volunteer shifts, build challenges, inventory and more - with Discord and Google Calendar built in. Self-hosted and open source.
Try the demo
A snapshot of a fictional group, Brickton LUG. Click around as one of three people - you can switch at any time from the yellow bar at the bottom. Nothing you do is saved.
Also see the public shows page a LUG can put on its own website.
Who it's for
LEGO User Groups (LUGs), AFOL clubs and other LEGO fan communities - from a dozen builders meeting at the library to multi-chapter groups running big public shows. If your group is a Recognized LEGO Fan Community in LEGO Fan CoLab (the program that replaced the LEGO Ambassador Network in 2026), you can record your Community Ambassador and your reports show your recognition.
What's in it
- Members with privacy controls, dues, perk levels and young-member consent
- Meetings and shows with RSVPs, waitlists, volunteer shifts, display requests and QR check-in
- Discord sign-in, announcements, reminders and role sync; Google Calendar and iCal feeds
- Build challenges, event photos, inventory, treasury and annual reports
- Switch off anything your LUG doesn't use - even chapters
